With the introduction of technology the classrooms which were passive have become active learning centers. The highly interactive nature of computers enables students a high level of involvement in learning. Today's students have mastered a large variety of tools that we will never master with the same level of skill. From computers to calculators to camera phones, these tools are like extensions to the human brain.

Data projectors can be used in many locations (e.g. classrooms, conference rooms, lecture theaters, etc) for professional development of staff, sharing of educational resources, students presenting their work to a class.
