I believe that in order to teach children properly you need to devise proper, organized set of steps to lead you towards success. I designed developed and implemented a curricula to meet the diverse learning needs of students which required writing original curricula and modifying existing curricula to meet the individual learning needs and demographic characteristics of the student.

I believe in developing and implementing programs that encourage academic excellence and in order to achieve this intelligence a curricula that addresses to individual and diverse needs is very important, this is why I was motivated to work on such an assignment.I selected and worked out suitable individualized instructional plans, guides and materials which focused on skills and techniques necessary for the attainment of a high school diplomas or equivalent degrees in reading, decoding and comprehension; spelling, grammar and English composition; interpreting literature, science and social studies; basic mathematic skills, algebra and geometry, tables and graphs, problem solving, and social skills when deemed appropriate.
