The main goal is to develop a standardized safe and cost-effective medical bag that can be utilized during a flight to provide medical care to federal detainees.

Steps:

-Explained to them the reason we needed a medical bag; previously we used medical bags that were not standardized and thus were not sufficient to provide the medical care needed by the detainees during the flight.

• Develop a medical bag that was well equipped to take care of any emergency that could occur during the flight and that could carry all the materials that were required.
• They determined the effectiveness of the mission statements and the policies they had to work towards achieving, within the time limit given.
-Reported on the feasibility study I had done previously to find out which was the most suitable medical bag.
-The team identified areas of further study about the medical bags and each one was supposed to study on their own and report their findings during the following meeting.

Action plan
-Choose the type of bag that was most preferred after the feasibility study and compare it with the others.
-Choose the best color probably not a very bright color.
-Consider a bag that was light in weight and could carry all the tools required.
-Consider a bag that was both water and fireproof.
-We needed to improve on the bags that we identified to suit our needs.
-Appointed a team of technical experts who would work on improving the bag we had identified as the most suitable.
-Fixed the dates of when they would begin improving it.
-Identified other sources of raising the finances that we would use for that project as the head of the aviation department.

-The conclusions were that if all that had previously been discussed was achieved, then the medical bags made would be of the desired standard.
-Having identified all the tools that they required for the flight, they also needed to purchase them and fix them into the medical bags.
-The bag was to be implemented during the flights of the detainees and by well-experienced medical experts.
