fter conducting a thorough TNA- organisational analysis, man analysis and task analysis, the company found three important areas which the employees needs upgradation. The company being a part of the e-learning industry, its major work entails content writing on various topics which varies from academic to current events depending on the client requisition. Meeting deadlines is the key component driving the business of the organisation and helps in earning greater benefits. After conducting TNA, it was found that the employees do not keep updated information on the current affairs and many of them are also grammatically weak.

Some are slow writers which added to the woes. This makes them unable to complete projects on time and thus the company is unable to retain clients and generate brand loyalty amongst them and it also slows down the possibility of getting further projects. Moreover, clients were found to frequently complain about the poor standards of writing which was also affecting the goodwill of the company in the market. So that leads to lower profitability and also most of the time the workforce does not have any proper job to do due to scarcity of projects.

This is also one of the causes which is lowering the morale and adversely affecting the culture of the organisation. To eliminate this problem, the company decided to strengthen the weaknesses possessed by its employees with regards to the daily job requirements. The company also acknowledged the fact that personal development of the employees needs to be done without hampering the daily operations of the company. So, it decided to introduce a training programme after the regular working hours on a daily basis.

This training programme would aim at strengthening the English grammar of the employees. The training would be given by outside consultants who would also evaluate the employees by taking periodical tests. This would help the company to understand the improvement made by the employees in this
