The main concepts that were applied were based on reaching enlightenment through personal growth. One was only able to reach a sense of enlightenment when they could evaluate and change the way that they were able to live their life.

Buddhist philosophy is based first on the philosophy of self – transcendence. It is believed that when one is able to let go of themselves they are able to reach enlightenment and understanding of God. To do this, one has to apply specific attributes. Humility, right living and following the middle path are some of the several philosophies that are included in the ideologies and the way that one is to practice their own spirituality. The more virtuous that one can become, the more likely they will be able to let go and reach true enlightenment1.

The strengths that are related to Buddhism and the actions that one takes in relation to virtues is one that is based on the ability to gain a sense of human strength. The more that one is able to meditate and reflect on their being, the more likely they will be able to reach a sense of enlightenment. From a psychological perspective, this practice can provide a different approach to how one is able to function in society. When one meditates, they are able to evaluate and analyze their psyche as well as other components of their actions.

The meditation is followed by righteous actions and the concept of virtue that is a part of the religion. When one practices this regularly, they are able to reach different perspectives that lead to life outcomes. The life outcomes and the qualities and values that are associated with this are able to provide a different set of attributes for reaching a good life by
