This team will help in setting targets and goals. Structuring of the team will help in monitoring and assessing the implications for different treatment types under the canopy of multi tier treatment goals. Different steps to be taken are described herein. The main problem is that all data is in fragmented shape as no methodology has been applied to gather social data and generate statistics and indicators. All client data is in scattered form and has to be requested from different departments that compile it.

Health data will be retrieved from the health department. As data needs to be gathered from more than two or three departments that compile all statistics and indicators, which will be taken from the concerned authorities. As stated above, the whole operation involves the structuring of a task force, team work would be crucial in getting crucial and pertinent data, which can be derived from the persons working at the ground level in stead of directly involving heads of the organisations although networking with these organisations will provide fundamental and key information on statistical and policy related matters.

It would be my endeavour to bring the producers and users of data on the board while structuring the task force. Representation of related stakeholders on the board will add more value in the set of social indicators to be generated by the deputed task force. Setting up of goals and objectives of the team will simplify the processes to be followed. It will be my goal to create consciousness among team members on the reliability and correctness in compiling data to create important indicators.

The team members will be given the responsibility to ensure that social indicators are provided in a timely way so that progress in meeting the targets can be mapped before presenting the final report to the Commissioner for taking a decision on allocating funds through NTA.
