Many museums have taken matters of the Three Musketeers story into their modern art sections, and this is primarily due to the fact that there is so much intrigue and importance that takes place in the Three Musketeers story and so thus there is much that can be learned and hence this matter is one which is truly crucial in regards to modern art overall. In regards to the influence that this story had on the modern art world, there are many factors that need to be taken seriously into consideration, including the fact that in 1999 there was a DVD released of the 1929 version of this movie and this was due to the cooperation of the Library of Congress and the Museum of Modern Art; they both considered the Three Musketeers as being a work that was incredibly giving in regards to its presence in the modern art community.
