Spirituality Occupational Model Spirituality aspect is very important for the immigrants in new country. To be an immigrant is to acknowledge anothersort of civilization and culture into your every day life. In view of the fact that an immigrant like me is living in a place with dissimilar customs and traditions from mine, one has to be able to build up one's self in unidentified conditions. It includes creation of new friendly relations, learning other opinions, acknowledging different beliefs and values, and grabbing each chance one has to go to new places.

Occupational therapy has conventionally focused on psychodynamics, behaviorism, humanism, and multiculturalism however now a days spirituality is developing the most influential force. Spirituality is a person's assessment arrangement and it is obvious that consumers' values in general and immigrant consumers' values in particular enter into occupational therapy. Occupational therapy clear the significance of dealing with a consumer's ideals, values and attitudes, consequently investigating how occupational therapy incorporates spirituality as a fundamental argument is imperative.

On the other hand, integrating spirituality into occupational therapists training programs might produce quarrel for therapist educators and counselors for the reason of differing analysis of the significance of spirituality.Spirituality is defined as an internal constituent of a person's discernment of veracity. So Spirituality is an association with an Inspirational Creature that promotes logic of connotation, reason, and assignment in life. Within the restraint of occupational therapy (OT), spirituality is regard as to be a significant feature in the rehabilitation process for customers.

In the area of occupational therapy, occupation can bring a sagacity of reason and join one's own spiritual desires. On the other hand, this is not a distinctive notion. Because of the severe pressure of medicine on OT, dealing with spirituality developed unsuitable. This may have laid the basis for contemporary occupational therapists' analysis to not incorporate spirituality into occupation circumstances. Other potential motives for feeling occupational therapists ought to deal with the immigrants' spiritual requirements may be because of the reality that occupational therapists are puzzled with their responsibility concerning this matter.

Spirituality is a central feature of the occupational therapy practice yet it is not a conception that is being well included into the immigrants' treatment procedure. This is due to be deficient in training that occupational therapists are getting in this area, or due to spirituality is a receptive private topic, not acquiescent to uncomplicated argument and dialogue. Occupational therapy practice should be based on an understanding of the interactions among immigrants, their spritualities, their environments, languages, beliefs, cultures, accents, lifestyles, and environments.

Occupational therapists have to unravel the complexity of the interrelationships between new environment and immigrant; however, their analyses of these relationships within individual scenarios can foster sound clinical decisions.
