The monument is located in Agra, near the capital city of New Delhi, India. The picture depicts the beautiful monument and its reflection in the river Yamuna, on the banks of which it is located. The exterior appearance carries the traditional mark of Islamic architecture, with its calligraphy and inscriptions. In addition to this, the splendor is a great tourist spot for all the foreigners visiting India, ever since it had been built. The sheer intricacy of the carvings, scriptures and calligraphy, the design and the style---all of this has contributed immensely to the popularity of the Taj Mahal. However, what makes the piece of cake, is the whole idea of becoming the personification of Love!

This wonder has withstood the changing times and environments, change of the setup, and the entire transformation of India's Freedom Struggle and its consequent adoption of Democracy.
