Executive Summary The internet has completely changed the traditional business practices. Now the traditional practices of doing business have changed to new global business practices. Thus, at the present, to survive in ever-increasing competitive world a business must develop web site that can be accessed by worldwide customers. This report presents a detailed analysis of the new ecommerce based business for the Greener E-Bikes. In this research and analysis based report I will present some of the main aspects of the new web based system specification for Greener E-Bikes. Moreover, this report will also outline business needs, new technology specifications, potential transformations, feasibility study, system requirements and design (UML). 2. System Request This section presents the some aspects of system request. This section will discuss various aspects involved in the system development request process for Greener E-Bikes business. 2.1. Project Name: This project engages the development of e-commerce system for Greener E-Bikes and is named as Greener Web. This project will demonstrate the Greener’s new web based business platform that will offer ecommerce capabilities to the business. 2.2. Project Sponsor: 2.2.1 Name: Paul and Peter both are the executives of Greener E-Bikes who are going to sponsor the new web based system development project. 2.2.2 Department: The main financial and economic operations and dealings will be handled by the finance and management department of Greener E-Bikes business. 2.2.3 Organization: Greener E-Bikes business is the main organization that is capable of handling, managing and controlling the new web based implementation at Greener E-Bikes. 2.3.
