The story with the title of the book, “The Battle of the Red Hot Pepper Weenies” is about the two boys who are from Texas and Mexico and they show interest in hot foods such as peppers and bring peppers in their lunch boxes for school. One day, Dallas, a boy among the two brought Jalapeno Slices for his lunch and the other asked him for it. This was the day when both the boys got into a battle in which, they both hate each other’s peppers on a daily basis. They started to bring hotter peppers each day.

At the end of the story, they brought the hottest peppers, which made them run towards the bathroom and they decided to avoid such battles again in life. This story is quite humorous.Like the above-mentioned story, there are many others that are very interesting and children love them to read such as the story of boy and umbrella in which, umbrella eats the boy and many more. In totality, it can be said that the whole book is very pleasant to read.
