Personal Training Case StudyCase Study 1: Chad Evermore In regards to the information or data given, the BMI, BMR and the target heart rate at 60% and 80% of the client can be established by quite simple calculations. The BMI is 23.16, BMR is 1865.04 and in terms of the target rate, at 60%, it is 131 while at 80%, it is 148. The client should undergo a series of fitness tests or evaluation to ensure the client has an excellent stature. It should be clearly noted that evaluation methods to be applied will be fully in consideration of the results obtained from the client or golfer.

This will include golf strength tests such as push-ups, grip test and hanging leg lifts, just to mention but a few, specific flexibility tests especially of the arms and spine, golf coordination and golf balance. These activities will make sure that there are stronger bones, longer drive and more power. Cardiovascular evaluation such as step test and walk test should also be considered. Another important factor to consider in order to produce exemplary good performance is to create and stick to the training program.

The latter should include some repetitions and exercises; specific needs that would help grow and maintain quality standards in terms of performance of the body and on the field.
