Type of Methodology The major question that is covered in the methodology is the question on the technology impacting interior design. With the introduction of technology, the interior design has really changed causing a positive impact to the design. The design is always expressed in terms of project unlike the research where the information is kept into someone’s mind. In the design there is a design evaluation which has numerous techniques that are existing in the post occupancy where the design evaluation and theory development. The settings The design evaluations in relation to the settings that are used in the design are giving out the best productions. The theory development of the design gives a good basic background in terms of the relationship and concepts. The design evaluation gives a number of techniques that should be used in the interior design. These techniques are related to several methodologies that lead to the development of the interior design. The design theory development is a collection of information gathered from the scholarly books which can be used in creating new ideas and creates ways on how to solve interior design problems. Role of research Technology introduction to the design has also led to the increase of the ability to find solutions too many of the designs depending on the needs of each of the design. This has also led to the improvement of the design solutions increasing the productivity of the innovations. Data collection During the research of the best methods to be used in the data collection during the phase’s creation will depend on the techniques like questionnaires, interviews and focus group. These techniques can be subjective where they are related with the feelings and thoughts. Others can be objective where they depend on the physical characteristics and features. Methods of achieving validity There also exist the quantitative and qualitative techniques where the qualitative techniques always depend on the experiences that are subjective. This can be the observation and interviews that are carried on each and every day during the interior design. The quantitative techniques deal with the numbers where the members are sent to measure information and come back with results that are obsolete. Data analysis strategies During the design, there are several communication methods that are applied in the interior design. During the interior design communication is one of the main key element that is used in the phases. This is because the concept of design is always connected with the research techniques like interviews in order to achieve the goals making the designer to be able to give the best. Programming and the phase of planning gives the right to collect all the information required. The designers are then given the ability to collect all the services needed in order to get the data and also document the information. This must ensure that the project is feasible and the planning and specification begins immediately. The planning of the project is when questions are asked like, what is to be done in the design? Who is done? And how long the project will last? All the requirements needed are like the goals to be achieved, introduce a communication within the entire team, introduce discussions and share the image of the interior design. Surveys are also needed to be taken and come out with the right plans. This also gives the designers the ability to get the building codes that are very potential and barrier free. Restraints should also be ensured that they do not exist to eliminate the effect to the feasibility of the design. It is well analyzed and understood by the designers themselves who ensure that quality work is produced. Historically, there is a lot that has been recorder down but thanks to the introduction of the technology which has led to the development of the designs.
