I am presently an LVN and advancing my schooling to become a registered nurse. In my area of study, as being a nurse, this topic is very imperative. The focus of the paper will be based on understanding how these qualities are essential for the improvement of patient care and their safety.

In the field of nursing, possession of certain qualities which are essential throughout the profession is important. For example, few occupations are as individually satisfying as nursing. Proficient esteem and the chance to create a change in peoples’ lives are just some of what it compromises. Regardless of defies experienced in nursing, for one to be equally satisfied and positive in this profession, it supports to have assured individual features and qualities. Perhaps, having effective communiqué talents, critical rational, flexibility to changes, and time management are necessary for improving patients' wellbeing (Long et al., 2011 p.483). Implementing these qualities and understanding the reason they are regarded as important, plus why every person caring for patients must possess them is fundamental. The manner we bring about ourselves is a crucial part of being effective in providing our services. Therefore, it is important to be conscious of our specialities and impersonations in personal attributes. Because they will have an uninterrupted result on how we conduct yourself and interrelate with others (Hughes, 2008). Whether you work unswervingly with patients and facility users or not, this can disturb the care knowledge they have. For this reason, having these qualities and understanding their purpose contributes to the aptitude of offering patients with adjusted upkeep which will later advance their safety.

Possessing qualities like critical thinking and implementing them in the daily care of patients has improved their wellbeing. Improving patient care has become a main concern to all nurses with the general aim of accomplishing a high notch of patient gratification (Long et al., 2011 p.490). The quality of patient care is fundamentally strongminded by the worth of teaching, the capability of employees, and the effectiveness of functioning systems, which also contribute to managing time. Possession of these attributes has widened the need for public involvement, which is also dominant in improving the quality of care (Long et al., 2011 p.489).
