GRАVITY FORCE & AССЕLЕRАTIОN Name Instructor Institution Date Introduction The study case of gravitation is the acceleration of an object that has weight causing a force downwards Neglecting friction and air resistance. Therefore, the study supports the Newton third law of motion that laid a foundation of the classical mechanics. Sir Isaac Newton further describes physics law on the relationship between an object and force action upon the body, and the speed acceleration in response to the force. This law states that when an object exerts a force on a second body, the body exerts a force equivalent to the magnitude and opposite direction on the first body. Several types of research have supported this study with a further study of the gravity and acceleration. A small body accelerates in a gravitational field at an equal rate as the center of the mass of an object. This study, therefore, has a basis of the size of the object to the gravitational force law whereby smaller objects have a high speed than those of large volumes due to the composition and the friction of air(Croce, 2005, pp.91-96). Case Theoretical Review At different area zones on Earth, objects averagely fall with an accelerating speed between 9.78 and 9.83 m/s2 which differs depending on latitude and altitude of a field with a conventional value standard of approximately 9.80665 m/s2 (approximately 32.174 ft/s2). The law further indicates that Objects with very low densities accelerate with low speed because of air resistance and buoyancy. The Newton’s law of universal gravitation, therefore, states that gravitational force is present between any two bodies that is equivalent in magnitude to each object aligned to draw the two objects toward each other. This study on gravitational acceleration was used in planetary motion that was to derive the acceleration of objects in the planets. Therefore, the basis of our study is to experiment the speeding up of objects of different masses under a universal gravitational force of earth(Croce, 2005, pp. 91-96). The representation of the gravitational acceleration force associated with massive objects is not trivial as compared to the distances of exerted on a body. The principle of superposition in a far field is used in differential object masses with an assumption on the density distribution throughout the object to get a more detailed model on gravitational acceleration. The far field is sufficient in rough calculation and assumption on altitude versus period. Moreover, a detailed experimental design involves the bulging equator for the Earth and the irregular mass concentrations due to the meteorite impact. The Gravity Recovery And Climate Experiment (GRACE) objective consists of two aspects in a polar orbit of the Earth measuring the differences of distance between the two elements named “Tom and JERRY” to a more precise and determine the gravitational force in a field of the Earth. It is to track dynamism occurrence over time for future navigation objective. The gravity models in the Earth usually depend upon the degree of fidelity required for a given experimentation problem. Drawing on Einstein special theory of the relativity of observers moving at a constant speed, motion depicts individual case which changes their speed over time. The general gravitation attributes to the curved space-time due to the force propagated between the objects. He places an interest in changing the Newton gravitational force with a special relativity on how gravity could be incorporated into the formulation. Einstein theory depicts that mass distorts space-time and other particular attributed over the individual vicinity. However, Einstein special theory contradicted the Newton Universal law. He stated that gravity is relatively stable as bodies are close and weakens with the distance between them and the bigger the objects, the greater the force of mutual attraction. The study case is supported by the cannonball fired with force horizontally with a low-speed launch will allow objects to break out of gravity. Therefore, the study experiment supports that there is no gravitational acceleration on an improperly accelerated object which leads to a free fall. Overview Analysis on the case theories The two methods take into consideration the centrifugal force that the Earth produce in the course of its rotation and ignore the gravitational force changes and the altitude. The mass attraction on gravitational acceleration effect at the equator is approximately 0.18% lower than the poles. It is due to the attraction force towards the Centre of the Earth. Moreover, the rotational component has an effect on the gravity of the equator zones with approximately 0.53% less than the gravity at the poles. The rotation of the earth has less or no force at the poles on the gravitational acceleration. The rotation component brings about the changes in latitude as the mass of attraction changes hence reducing the strength of gravity at the equator as to that of the poles. However, an assumption of the gravitational force acting instantly on Newton’s Law is a contrary opinion on the Einstein theory stating that nothing can travel at infinite speed irrespective of the gravitational force. A simple experiment will demonstrate a support on this is an astronaut at a spacecraft cabin accelerates upwards at 9.8 m/s2 the same speed is impartial of a body falling near the earth surface. Another case, if a feather and a hammer were dropped to hit the ground, they would hit the ground the same time in the event of the absence of air resistance. Therefore, the influence of the gravitational acceleration is created by the effect of the time factor. The prediction of Einstein on the closeness of a body over a large mass with a large gravitation pull will delay on the time run. Theory of Gravitational Relativity The general gravitational relativity opinion states that matter does not pull on other objects across space but rather distorts the space-time which in turn affects other objects. These objects, such as the planets for instances move freely under own inertia following the curved path. The general relativity theory is directly determined by the distribution of matter and the energy exerted. However, the complication on the relativity is the distribution of matter and energy that governs the curvature of space. Thus, the presence of mass and energy determines the space and motion of the object. Practically, the Newton’s law of universal Gravity has a perfect approximation and assumptions that scientifically has proof on the gravitational relativity. The curving of the sunlight was predicted by Newton combining with the gravitational relativity. However, Einstein’s theory predicts that light will be bent twice as the relativity of Newton’s law. According to the general relativity, the gravitational radiation is generated by the curvature of space-time on oscillation movement. The theory of gravitational relativity has remarkable prove over the last century with the slightly elliptical orbit of the planets. It explains the theory with greater impact on the accuracy of facts the elliptical orbit planets shift slightly on the revolution tracing the rosette pattern. The general relativity of gravity can be described by an equation: R=GE whereby R represents the computation the object representing the distortion of space-time. G accounts for the gravitational constants and E represent the energy of an object with the momentum density. Gravitational Acceleration & its computation The standard acceleration of gravity is defined by the standard weight of objects at the surface of the earth and its nominal acceleration. Therefore, the acceleration of an object near the surface of the earth has combined effects on centrifugal force and the gravitational force from the rotation of the earth. The use of acceleration in gravity brings about the principle of Einstein equivalent the theory of relativity. This principle of relativity explains that the force produced by gravity is qualitatively equal to the effect on objects space and time as the force is exerted at acceleration (Bransden, Joachain, &Bransden, 2000, pp.145-156). The Gravitational Acceleration computation on the acceleration of object caused by the gravitational force is as follows: a = GM R2 Planet Mass: M = ar2 G Where: G = Universal Gravitationalk = 6.6726 x 10-11N-m2/kg2M = Planet Mass r = Radius from Planet Center k= constant Conclusion The effects of gravitation are subjected to the spacetime curvature instead of the force exerted. Therefore, the general relativity equivalence principle describes inertial objects as being accelerated to non-inertia observer. Einstein theory has significantly raised concern in the space-time same to Newton universal law curved by matter on a free fall object. It is possible to explain gravity through the framework of quantum mechanics which is a fundamental force on attractive force. The two theories have common features on the centrifugal relief produced by the earth rotation and the changes in gravity and the altitude level. Moreover, these features have a common mass attraction effect on gravitational acceleration at the equator and differ with the poles due to the location far away from the mass center. Gravity is accurately described by the general relativity theory explaining gravitational force not a force but as a curvature caused by the distribution of mass and energy.
