Again my friend's decision of calling me would be deemed as right (Ruggiero, 2012). Her resolution takes patients from both angels (those that decide to live and die) into consideration. The ethics that I am using to "look the other way" and let it happen are utilitarian too where people have their free will of choice.

This means that the leader of the terrorist group will be judged there and then after being captured and not taking into consideration what might happen to the hostages. Also, according to this, if a lot of time is taken in calculating the course of action, then the cause will not be effective, thus it will be easier to persecute the leader of the terrorist group there and then.
