The paper "Reflective Journal in Communication Management" is a great example of a Management assignment. Bill O'Reilly of Fox News takes a stand on the recent immigration issues, particularly the comments of one of the presidential candidates, billionaire Donald Trump. Trump had analyzed immigration rules and concluded that only a wall would prevent the widespread crossing of the immigrant. One particularly controversial comment, with which Mr. O’reilly agreed, was the fact that immigrants did not add much economically. I would not present my argument thus because the immigration and economics issue is much more complex than the often talked about illegal migrations and drugs (O'Reilly 2015).

8.1.2: Other videos on the fox news website seem neutral and only focused on providing information. Not many of them take a stand on popular topics, often simply stating the train of events. For instance, one video reports the arrest on a related issue, where Donald Trump goes to Texas, according to him after being invited by the border patrol, who then does not turn up, having him only meeting the policemen. The video only reports the train of events, rather than presenting any positive or negative opinion on what happened.

8.2.1: According to researchers, one is more likely to understand visually transmitted information than they would words or dialogue. It is thought that the human brain has been carefully conditioned over millions of years to understand pictures better than text or words. Popular television programs communicate important aspects of personality and culture. One popular television series from the past is Jersey Shore, which somewhat controversially, has communicated current lifestyle trends. Currently, a comparable television program is a game of thrones, which communicates the virtues of bravery, leadership, and self-esteem.

In an informative presentation, the message or speech is accurately conveyed to the audience. To justify an informative speech, a sentence can be structured as a thesis “A new solar power system has been developed in university that can light the entire university for months and is less expensive compared to the used hydro-electric power system.”

In the persuasive presentation, the message conveyed is influential to the targeted audience through decisions, thinking, or feeling. A persuasive structured sentence implies “a solar power system is an effective form of electric production because is cost manageable and sustainable.”
