Such customers will proceed to look for good services elsewhere, leaving you with zero customer loyalty and income, which is essential for any business to survive.

With love and friendships, the same principles apply in the absence of fidelity, love, and associations; both suffer from fragility and inconsistency. I would wish for human associations that are built on commitment, as they are the most dependable in one’s existence. It is not easy to break a relationship that’s rooted in loyalty. We all want true friends since life can get exceedingly severe, and trustworthy friendships ensure you have someone in your corner through such moments, and with the good times too. True friends are not out of the door at the first hint of trouble, only to return when they know that everything is getting better. In the absence of loyalty, people’s friendships are meaningless. Hundreds of your closest associates could claim to be your friend, but just one genuine friend emerge from the pile.
