FACIAL AND BODY FEATURES BETWEEN JORDANIAN AND SCOTTISH PEOPLE due: Scientists have identified for many years that there is little association between race, used in its general sense, and actual physical disparities in the human class. In the USA for instance, the people recognized as European do not share a mutual set of physical features. The majority of Arabs do share common physical characteristics with European especially in their faces and/or craniums and the nose curving downward at the tip. The early beginning of the Caucasoid race involved a large inoculation of Asian genes from Siberia, Mongolia and East Turkestan. These proto-East Asians perhaps looked something like Aborigines or possibly Ainu. Aborigines are dark skinned people. There is a greater variety of skin colors, hair colors and textures, body sizes, facial structures, and other physical characteristics in the human race. This paper will analyze the facial and body features amid the Jordanian and Scottish people. Jordanian is a very wide variety of people but their appearance is different; they have some comparable features: - their skin is commonly darker more golden than white skin, extending for the distant groups to nearly as dark as black people skin, hair nearly always dark brown over black usually brown eyes hair feel comparable to white or Hispanic Caucasian is a slackly white color. The term is usually used to refer to the color of the skin of Europeans (Vanandruel 1996: 96). Features of Scottish vary from light skins, blond hair to dark skins, blue or gray eyes and black eyes, and wrinkled hair and include every variety and grouping of features in between. This is in contrast with Caucasian people who are characterized by light skin, long and narrow noses, blue eyes, and thin lips. Their hair is usually wavy or straight (Macdermott et al. 1980: 26). Most of the Mongolian people share many physical features, among them high honey-colored skin and high cheekbones. The high cheekbones can be seen in most Europeans, some black people, and never in the Jordanians. Dark skinned people (Africans) have dark to brown skin color with the same color as their hair. Most European have oval long shaped heads and faces, and, blond hair and blue eyes, medium to thin lips, narrow noses and are average tall in height. Persons with Scottish lineage tend to have conservative facial shapes and narrower faces with protrusive, sharply angled nasal bones as the main feature (Sebastiani 2013: 85). Other features include - narrow high nasal opening, long and narrow face, sharp inferior nasal border, sloping eye orbits and larger nasal spine (Pavlovic 2006:7). For most number of races, the large curved nose image comes to mind when differentiating them. While many Jordanians do undeniably have prominent noses, it is not always a dependable way of ascertaining them, as some Gentiles and Irish people, Native American Indians have large noses. The size and shape of the nose differ, but it is usually slightly shorter at the base, with a hooked bridge prevailing in men. In most men the socket of the nose is lower than the base of septum. The shape of the nose is a significant factor. Many Scottish have the curved nose, but the bump is much developed than in the Jordanians and close at the bottom of the nose (General Books, 2010: 18). Scottish large noses have a rounded tip. Many Jordanian people have big noses, which is curved and the bump is right in the middle of the nose. Not forgetting, with a massive wealth these people have many choose to do plastic surgery in altering the shape and reducing the size of their noses (Vanandruel 1996: 115). European race evolve so many diverse eye colors and hair colors, Europeans evolve through Brown, Gray, Blue, Green, Hazel eyes and Brown, Red, Black, Blond hair. This aspect is believed to be as a result of, the first blue eyes blondes were born into elite aristo clan who declined to have them treated as rarities. Africans have uniformly dark eyed, being brown. Few cases of blue eyes have been testified, but they are allied to medical defect Klein-Waardenburg syndrome that causes eye to loose pigment. North Africans also are dark brown eyed while Caucasians, have blue eyes. There are other physical attributes that give most of the Jordanians away such as long hooked nose. Though, there are several Gentiles who have some features mentioned, always put all together before making a decision, this is inclusive of character and names (Vanandruel 1996: 121). The massive majority of Scottish are of the white typological race, categorized by lightly pigmented skin and unpredictability in eye and hair color, though typological partition into races has now basically been disgraced. There has been humanoid occupancy in Europe for over a million years, but humans with identifiably current anatomy can only be dated back to 40,000 years ago (Pavlovic 2006:19). Scottish custom has long categorized any person with ancestry as black, a social directive. This code not only shows to the subjective nature of black racial self, but it was also reputed to keep those categorized as ethnically pure and unpolluted by the blood of low-status and lesser races. This law has not applied to other cultural combinations, such as children born of white and European parents, though some of these children have agonized discrimination because of physical resemblances to their parent. All this provides a clear indication of the communally random nature of race classes in European society (Pavlovic 2006:3). All Caucasian who spoke Arabic had high rate of intermarriage between Arab Jordanians and Circassians. Although facilitated laterally by dyes, hair, cosmetics and the like, it is the artificial and deep structure that defines the look of external form. While faraway from uniform through a huge population, firm major features dogged by genetics happen much more normally and therefore can be considered distinguishing of a regional group (Surgery 2009: paragraph 1). Below are some of the collected, assembled, equated, and demonstrated significant features (for example, shape, height, fullness) for every major facial features found in Jordanians and Scottish people and presented them side-by-side in a comparison format (Surgery 2009: paragraph 2). Meanwhile the fundamental phases of many popular makeover plastic surgery tasks were first developed years ago on patients of Scottish lineage, the variances noted below must be put into consideration by both patients when choosing a cosmetic technique and plastic surgeons when executing it. What appears attractive and natural in one group does not at all times look the same in the other group (Surgery 2009: paragraph 3).       Jordanian Scottish   Eyes Shape Exposure Width Crease Fullness Inner fold Outer corner Iris color Lash direction More almond Less Less Variable/smaller More Present More angled Darker Lower More oval More More Present/larger Less Absent Less angled Lighter Higher   Nose Shape Bridge Spine Tip Length Nostril Flare at base Wider Flatter Flatter Less rounded Shorter More visible More Narrower Higher Higher More rounded Longer Less visible Less   Mouth Nose to upper lip Mouth at rest Lips Shorter More open Fuller Longer Less open Thinner   Chin Length Projection Shape Shorter Less More square Longer More More oval   Cheeks Prominence Bone width Fat fullness Higher More More Lower Less Less   Jaw Front view Side view More square More square More oval More angled   Forehead Side view Less forward More forward   Skin/Hair Color Thickness Darker Thicker Lighter Thinner As for any of the Jordanians who may have toured Europe, it is difficult to know if their ancestors were Canaanites, Hittites, Egyptians, and Israelites. For them (Jordanians) to have the physical structures of the Scottish, too they would have had to intermarry (Kornblum & Smith 2011: 291). The only way Jordanians could have taken on the physical characteristics of the Europeans was by intermarrying with them and if they acquired the physical characteristics of the Europeans, the European progenies got the seed heritage from those they planted the seed of Israel into those off springs of the Jordanians (Ray 2005: 36). Israelites who got their physical look of the Europeans, gave the tradition of the Israelites to the offspring of the Europeans (Kipfer, 2000: 132). Looking at the Middle East we see many Jordanians with the physical attributes of Europeans but they were not in existence during the period of the ancient times (Kipfer, 2000: 132). They, European have plentiful, soft, fair, smooth or wavy, heavy beard growth hair. The facial features of Europeans are exceptional matched to the rest of the world populace as the Europeans from the western part are dissimilar than non-Europeans. The Scottish have physical attributes special to Jordanians such as the dark skin (Livak 2010: 90) This paper outlines the precise point of view upon the understanding of the world that reputes human beings as a part of Cosmos. Having a close comparison between the physical features of the ethnic groups and those Jordanians and Scottish people shows a relationship. Both Scottish and Jordanians represent pure diverse races from their skin colors. Bibliography (2010). Jordanian people of syrian descent. [S.l.], General Books. GANNON, B. (2013, September 12).
