The move to spilt the stock will in the near future increase the value of the stock. This will be beneficial to those who may want to sell their shares after the spilt. For the Toyota Company, I made the choice following the companies successive companies increase in the profit margin, the shares of the company has been rated blue chips in the recent past. Considering its half a decade performance, they have consistently realized exponential growth, this builds confidence onto the prospective shareholders on the future of the company (MarketWatch, 2012). For the Coca Cola, Procter and Gamble, and McDonald, the company’s shares were nearing their 52-week low. Buying shares at this time is anticipated on value play and the expectation of the shares values to rise in the near future.
