Organization Changes Strategies Often the creation of change and management is core in an organization to help improve the futureoutcomes. Change is required in an organization due to various reasons. There could be many failures in the yesterday outcomes and thus, changes are required to better the future outcomes. When there is a need to shift methods of carrying out the activities of the way people interrelate in an organization may be to shift the company to macro levels (Kaufman, 2003). Change is a process that involves various stages.

One has to understand the current situation. The level of input and the outcomes is also a major factor to be considered. The second stage is to think of how to change the current situation. Discover all areas that change requires implementation, and how to go about it. The final stage is to think of where one would want to reach and within what period. This creates a motivation to put more effort in implementing the change. Ones the changes are being implemented, there is a need to evaluate their efficiency and if they are competent, they should constantly be implemented (Kaufman, 2003).

Celebrating the hard work is done once the desired outcomes are achieved. Change requires commitment and persistence. Organizational changes are usually painful and, especially, to those with the status quo, therefore, there is a requirement for all those involved to accept the need for change. Many are the time people involved persist the change and tend to be confused with the happenings (Plas, 1999). Organizational management is a big task and therefore, there should be sponsors and advisors who will advise according to change implementation.

In today’s market, organizations need to implement changes due to the completion and the technological changes that are occurring in the marketsReferencesKaufman, R., Oakley-Browne, H., & Watkins, R. (2003). Strategic Planning For Success. New Jersey: John Wiley & Sons.Plas, H. C. (1999). Degenerate ring transformations of heterocyclic compounds. San Diego: Academic Press.
