People work together in groups to solve their problems and to pull resources together to achieve a superior outcome. Georgian leaders also have low gender egalitarianism. Leaders in high positions promote gender differences at the workplace and disregard gender equality. There is low participation across gender among leaders. There is a very high level of assertiveness in Georgia (Tkeshelashvili, 2009). Leaders are assertive and aggressive in social relationships.

People talk to each other aggressively throughout all levels of the organization. A leader in Georgia has a low level of future orientation. Georgian leaders are not good at planning for the future because they do not focus on the future. In terms of performance orientation, leaders in Georgia have a low-performance orientation index; hence they fail to encourage and reward group members in order to achieve higher performance and excellence. Georgian leaders also have a low humane orientation (Tkeshelashvili, 2009).

This indicates that they don’t encourage or reward people according to fairness, altruism, generosity, care, and kindness to others.
