As per the current trend, I have witnessed that people having business administrative degrees have various career opportunities. These people have a strong understanding of business and strategically can plan their ventures. My interest also developed as I saw that through this process, people are able to plan their finances strategically and gain more profits.

The demand for business administrative graduates has been developing my interest. The innovative skills and creative learning people have also driven my attention toward this process. Therefore, I developed my interest in Business Administration as a subject for my future prospect. Another reason for my interest in this field was the wide-ranging job opportunities it offers to fresh candidates, wherein intellectual abilities and strategic decision-making capabilities are regarded with due importance besides experiences.

Describe any experience you have had in the field - such as volunteer work, internships, and employment. During my internship, I experienced and gained knowledge about organizational work culture. I came across various aspects, such as business etiquette, how to work in an organization, and how to build healthy relationships with other employees and management. This internship will be useful as it is an exposure to the corporate world. I learned about the key aspects of a corporation such as the importance of employee engagement and proper planning.

I also obtained an understanding of the importance of decision-making and financial know-how that creates a substantial impact on a business's performance. Therefore, the internship helped me to gain my first practical experience in the field. Participation in student organizations and activities- and what you have gained from your involvement. Participation in student organizations and activities was also effective in helping build my experience concerning the dimensions of organizational administration proceedings.

Participating in student organizations and activities, I have gained knowledge regarding various aspects. I have learned the importance of involvement with one another for better prospects. Likewise, I developed my communication skills through my involvement for greater effectiveness. I have gained knowledge and realized the importance of teamwork too. Through this participation, I have also gained knowledge about work ethic, and leadership skills. It also strengthened my ability and motivated me for better career opportunities in the future.

Tell us about a personal quality, talent, accomplishment, contribution, or experience that is important to you. What about this quality or accomplishment makes you proud and how does it relate to the person you are? As an intern at a financial firm, I learned about various aspects related to businesses. I experienced corporate exposure wherein the managers helped me in gaining knowledge about financial operations and motivated other employees to perform. I enhanced my knowledge regarding financing and developed various key skills such as problem-solving abilities and interpersonal abilities.

This experience had a great contribution to my life as I learned various aspects of a business and the importance of teamwork, good communication, and planning. I believe that this exposure made me realize my worth and helped me analyze my strength. I could enhance my interpersonal and communication skills through this experience. This experience has helped me as a person, as today I am capable of taking strategic decisions better than before. This experience is an accomplishment for me as I have been able to adjust to the corporate environment and seek assistance from the seniors regarding my job responsibilities.

My experience was unique as I learned the value of teamwork and the importance of employee engagement in the workplace. The exposure gained through the internship was vital, as I have now been able to identify my qualities, which are needed to be enhanced in order to achieve my goal of becoming an accountant. In order to enhance my skills and qualities further, I would like to pursue business administration and understand the importance of diverse cultures and accounting principles for strategic decision-making.

Moreover, the problem-solving ability and financial known how gained during my internship would be effective for me in attaining my goal through the intended business administration course.
