Nervousness leads to confusion during the presentation; hence one should calm down through relaxation methods including deep breathing and drinking a lot of water. The use of audio visual aids makes presentation easier especially when covering a technical issue. The steps that should be followed in meeting the expectations of the audience are by knowing them before the presentation, mingling with them as well as engaging them in the presentation. Audiovisual aids are efficient tools when it comes to making business presentations.

1The presentation should be in a simple and convincing manner. The presenter connects with the audience by approaching the presentation from their perspective. The presenter shows responsiveness to the needs of the audience, as stated earlier, by getting to know them before the presentation. This can also be done by paying special attention to their body language and facial expression as it helps them to determine their feelings about the presentation and act accordingly.
