Everything is being provided, all that a consumer will do is to click the mouse, touch his mobile phone and wait for the experience. The implication of this is that consumers become more discerning and more demanding as well in the future. They would expect smarter and better looking phones at the same time, they would not only want a copy of the number that Jennifer Aniston wore in a picture they found on Yahoo! Rather, they could find better ways or places to get them from in cheaper prices.

The period today and in the future would not be called the Information Age for nothing. Retail will have to adapt to this phenomenon with both of the negative and the positive sides all thrown in the package. This also means that spins or false advertising will be a thing of the past.
