Psychographically, this includes the healthy lifestyles of patients and the values attached to eating dietary food (Kotler, Shalowitz, and Stevens, 2008). This is essential because many patients tend to become sick because of poor eating habits thus they are likely to suffer from obesity and other diseases.

Behavioral ways of patients will enable the facility to determine the ways behaves such as emotional traits, which are based on personality types.

This will enable the facility to determine the significance of the facility to the patients thus delivering effective services that will meet the needs of patients.

The patients will perceive the facility as an effective measure for creating self-awareness towards consumption behaviours.
