For about a decade, the company has been operating majorly as an online organization, offering computer networking solutions and other related services. Nonetheless, for the past few years, the company has been restructuring, opening a number of chains or retail stores within Europe, and is currently spreading its roots into other continents such as America and Asia. Research by the company’s customer service department revealed that both home and organizational PC customers demanded some retail and physical interactions with the company’s service providers. This necessitated a physical evidence of the company’s relationship with its customer rather than the on-going online customer assistance.
