Veraz is made up of a dedicated group of professionals who have a powerful devotion and zeal to movies and other visual media, as well as an aspiration to pull their efforts together to deliver documentaries and stories of great consequence. Veraz seek to create memorable moments that make others remember about the company’s common compassion, which is defined by encouragement, inspiration, exposure, comfort, and challenge, not to mention giving evidence in its works to the pleasure, reality, magnificence and the ambiguity of life.

Veraz seeks to produce movies and documentaries that not only entertain its clients, but also provoke action, incite reflection and emotion, and creates a lasting impact on those who gets an opportunity to enjoy the products (Pearce & Robinson, 2004). Create a vision for this organization that clearly demonstrates your decision on what you want your business to become in the future. Veraz strongly believes that its movies and films have the winning blueprint, and they are going to lead the company to bigger heights.

With resources and capability to become the leading movies and documentaries producer, the company intends to expand both nationally and internally, targeting both the younger and older generation. Veraz is producing quality and real substance content for its clients, accomplishing their need for high standard movies and documentaries, thereby making a difference in the lives of communities, individuals and households. The company intends to spread its vision throughout the world, creating an impact to people of all cultures.

The resourceful, committed and skillful staff is focused on targeting the inner city communities, where the company has been able to make a substantial impact. Vegaz team is confident that the company shall succeed in confronting the challenges that are essential in making an impact in the entertainment industry. In this regards, the company’s vision statement states that “Vegaz production will continue to develop, create, and produce outstanding movies, documentaries and other multimedia productions, which will not only be entertaining, but also educational to its target market” (Pearce & Robinson, 2004).

Define your guiding principles or values for your selected business considering the topics of culture, social responsibility, and ethics. The culture of the company is determined by a number of key values, including customer service, which defines how the employees conducts themselves and serves the customers in the organization. For example, the employees are expected to uphold high level of courtesy and hospitality while attending to clients. Furthermore, the company’s positive image is developed by putting the interests of the customers first.

The other value that dictates the company’s culture is teamwork. This means that the employees of the organization are expected to work in pursuance of a common goal. This culture is inculcated due to the realization that no organization can make great strides without upholding teamwork as a corporate value.
