Though, VoIP is abbreviated as Voice over Internet Protocol but it is as well known as Internet Telephony or IP Telephony for the reason that it allows us to make phone calls absolutely free or cheaper. Without a doubt, in this age of modern technologies the phone set is not essential, and presently we can communicate without a telephone set (Garden, 2011; Unuth, 2012). In addition, the VoIP is the most modern technology that is used to broadcast voice exchanges over an external or internal data network using IP (internet protocol) data packets (those are in digital form).
