Increasing the Motivation Level in the The involvement in the room discussions and many other activities is very much important for a clear understanding of the reading and the course content. The learning outcome is more progressive when the involvement level of students increases in the class room discussions (Kyle, 2004). The involvement may increase when the students are motivated to do so. The role of teachers and the educators is very important in the motivations of the students. Even the family members and especially the parents play a very much positive role in the motivation of the students by getting involved with the child’s school matters. There can be different strategies, which the teachers and the educators may adopt to motivate the students in order to be involved with the classroom discussions (Kyle, 2004). Classroom management is very much important and it includes a variety of factors regarding teachers and the students (Weimer, 2012). It includes effective teaching, proactive strategies, practical strategies and many other positive supportive techniques. All of these factors actually complement each other in order to make the learning process more efficient and effective. The basic purpose of using a variety of classroom management techniques is to increase the involvement of students in the classes. Basically, the educator or we can say the teacher is motivating the student to behave ideally in the supportive conditions and the environment (Weimer, 2012). The increasing participation in the classroom discussions is the ultimate goal of every teacher for the students. If a few number of students participate every time in the discussions and the answer questions sessions then the opportunity of deep learning for the rest of the students may lower down in its value. It is matter of fact that the students learning level may increase with his or her own interests in the discussions. Therefore, the teachers always try their best to involve more and more students through different activities. Teachers can use different environmental themes in order to attract or just motivate the students (Increasing Student Participation, 2009). The shaping up of the classroom environment helps the teacher and the students very much in the learning and the teaching process. These days the phrase of student encouragement is very popular. According to the experts’ opinion, the learning process of the students grows faster when they observe everything with a higher level of interest and motivation. Student involvement or the student engagements are the similar terms used for the same purpose. In other words, we can also say that it is actually the cognitive investment of the student in different types of activities. Some of the authors also name it as the emotional commitment of the students with their classroom discussions and the teachers. The concentration of the students will increase when they will be emotionally committed to the classrooms and the teacher. Therefore, it can be a possible strategy to create such an environment for the students where they may feel a sense of responsibility and then they may try to fulfill that particular responsibility. The research studies show that there is no such particular theory or the literature, which can illustrate that how we can increase the involvement of students towards their classrooms’ discussions and the other activities. However the experts have devised certain tools and tactics, which can enhance the level of awareness in, the students and thus they may get motivated after being interested in the course content. One of the tactics is to create the sense of self believe in the students. This means that the students may feel responsibility upon his own shoulders and thus always try to achieve the desired goal in an efficient manner. The level of motivation may increase when the students treat the desired goals individually. In this way, they will be self committed towards their own progress and the development. Another strategy to involve students at a higher level in the classroom participation is the group learning. The teachers may form different small groups of the students and then treat each group individually. In this way, there will be a sense of competition between different groups and then the students will perform more actively just go a higher notch as compare to the others. On the other hand, when any student is selected for any particular group or team then he may feel a level of competency in his own personality. That level of competency can motivate the students to work more efficiently and effectively. Actually, the focus of this technique is to encourage the level of intrinsic motivation in the students. The behavior of the teachers is very much important in regard of the motivation of the students. The research studies show that the students may get dis heart when the teacher is not accessible to them. Some of the teachers are so rude and dry in their attitude that students may be feared to even talk to them. If the role of the teacher is central in the classroom and also easily approachable and accessible to every single student of the class then the students may feel comfortable and a little bit more confident to participate in the discussions. The teacher should behave sensitively towards the needs of the students and their thoughts. It is in the hands of the teacher to shape up the confidence and the personality of the students. Classroom discussions basically aim to get different thought patterns and the opinions of the students. The students may feel shy to express his opinion if he is not comfortable with the teacher and the classroom environment. Therefore, the teacher should be the heart of the classroom and even every group. In any institution, the students may come from different backgrounds, cultures and the ethnic groups. However, when they are sitting in one classroom then it means that they are same and thus should be treated same. The teacher should not make any discrimination between the students on any such factors. The students should feel comfortable and welcomed at the institution and in the classroom. All of this is in the hands of the teachers and the educators to make their attitude uniform and similar towards all the students regardless of any such factor. Classroom relationships play a very important role in the increasing level of motivation in the students. These relationships can be between the teacher and the students and on the other hand, it can be between the students as a group member. The level of hard work may increase when the students are also engaged to the other persons. It is already discussed that the students may perform better when they are a part of any particular team or the group. Similarly, the students will perform willingly when they are very much comfortable with the teachers. Therefore, we can say that now it is up to teachers or the educators that how they can use different tools and tactics in order to enhance the motivation level in the students.
