A school administrator is a specific employee in a position that is considered highest in a school district. This is an individual having the responsibility for policy formulation or a program administration. After being assigned to a certain position, administrative and supervisory employees are classified at the board of education according to the provision of the subjects (Brimley, Rulon, Garfield, et.al. 2008). This is always done according to the collective bargain agreement that is applicable for school districts in Fentress County that take into account the merit system, and the personal commission rules. The positions within the senior administration are normally filled by eligible people who are selected according to managerial ability and qualification of the employees. These requirements are not only classified by the superintendent but also determined by the commission of personnel. In Fentress County school districts, the basic administrative units include the local district, which is the basic administrative unit, the school board, which is the governing board, and the superintendent, who holds the office of chief administration. The school district makes up a reorganization that is significant in financing of education. The Fentress County state has a responsibility of determining the number of the local school districts.
