Differentiation enables a teacher to deal with the specific interests of each individual student by applying an effective model of academic intervention to their learning procedure. This will enable the teacher teach much easily, as well as enable the learner grasp what he or she is being taught much faster.

This reading supports my professional skills, knowledge, as well as understanding as a practicing teacher. As I embark in every class to teach, I do not consider all students in my classroom to be in the same category. This is because I am cognizant of the fact that some students are fast learners whilst others are slow learners. On the other hand, some students are geniuses; others are average, while others are blunt stupid. However, all these students need an education. it is my duty to teach them all to understand and gain some valuable knowledge for their future endeavors as a teacher. Consequently, I apply the differentiation concept in my teaching approach to each individual student in order to improve his or her learning experience.
