The manufacturing of the premount base is accomplished with the utilization of engineering skills in combination with the manufacturing technologies for the synthesis of the automobiles engines, machine tools and moulds, raw materials and equipment with the use of data. The manufacturing process, with the introduction of computer and digital technologies has revolutionized the whole process with quality out put with perfection, accuracy and quality as per the standards determined by the international certified organizations and standards like International Organization for Standard (ISO) for ensuring the quality of the product and its acceptance in the market by the customers at the competitive prices(1). The manufacturing process requires the designing and drawing of the product along with necessary details and configurations with the use of machines and the through the machining process. Advanced form the numerical machine system works with digital and analog computers that is Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machine tools are used in the machining and designing process for the manufacturing of premount base as automobile accessories for its utilization in the completion of the whole automobile engines as in accordance with the required standards and quality. All the parts of the engine are manufactured in such an arrangement that all these parts are installed at their specific and interconnected arrangement for making a complete unit with its working output as per demand of the product and in accordance with the customers' requirements(2). The use of CNC machines along with digital encoded data facilitates the manufacturing process with the required standards. The critical factors as involved in the whole manufacturing process for the premount base are the selection of the product, designing and drawings with specific dimensions for each individual component, a layout plan for the manufacturing, installation and after sale services regarding the products, observation of the specifications and international standards for the manufacturing of the product through the CNC machines with the help of the encoded data in digital format. 2. NC/CNC Fundamentals Research, Brief history of NC/CNC. The manufacturing of Premount Base is completed with the specific measurements for each part of the whole automobiles engines and the process is completed with the help of Numerical Control system supplemented with the digital encoded data and information for the production of a specific engineering product. The Numerical control is the automation of the machine tools that are working under the command of a programmed data as encoded in the shape of a storage medium in the machines. The CNC machines were initially manufactured in the 1940s as based on the existing tools and moulds. These machines were modified and upgraded with the introduction of the motors that assist in controlling the information in a coordinated mechanism as to follow points and instructions as fed into the system for its working. These early machines were the servomechanisms and were rapidly modified into the modern Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machine tools. The process is completed with the help of NC blocks which are arranged in the digital format as to produce the product with required standards. 3. Relations between part (shape, dimensions, accuracy-roughness and tolerances, material). The up gradation of the previous machines has changed the design and manufacturing process in the manufacturing sector with the production of specific and numerically accurate products as reflected in the following engineering product. All these products are manufactured with target that ISO standards have been met by the product through the use of quality materials, CNC machines, technical knowledge and skills and the engineering processes like machining, drilling and cutting process in a coordinated mechanism. The modern CNC systems is working through Computer Aided Designs (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM )programs with the application of engineering tools and equipment with the use of necessary human and capital resources for the manufacturing of the premount base as per ISO certified standards. The process helps in the achievement of the desired products with specific shapes and designs as to fit the product in the overall structure of the automobile engines. The machining process like cutting, welding, finishing and testing are helpful in the whole manufacturing process for the synthesis of the product. The following product will illustrate the whole engineering process as applied for the manufacturing of the premount base. (4) Machining process The machining process `is completed with the help of CNC machining mechanism with the removal of the objects quickly from the bulk of the waste materials. The process consists of the stages like designing, manufacturing and finishing of the premount base with the utilization of all the necessary inputs like machinery, equipment, tools and CNC machining mechanisms for the required standards and quality. The quality of the products are confirmed with the use of quality material and services as these inputs lead to the manufacturing of the quality output with high tolerance tests as to confirm the required standards of the products(3). 5. NC/CNC Machining Program. Coordinate systems choice. The process is completed with the tools such as milling, lathes; drill presses are used with a sharp cutting tool to mechanically cut the material to achieve the desired geometry of the product. Three machining processes are involved in the machining of the product that is turning, drilling and milling for the manufacturing of the premount and the task is completed through numerical machines and CNC with accurate input data with required standards. 6. NC program of CNC machining of the component The three principal machining processes are applied for the manufacturing of the premount base for the maintenance of the quality of the product as per ISO standards include turning, drilling and milling of the raw materials with the help of CNC machines . These processes are supplemented with the use of allied processes like shaping, planning, boring, sawing and broaching along with the two milling process that is Peripheral milling and Face milling .
