Why Should I Be Nice To You Coffee Shops and the Politics of Good Service According to the there is no morevaluable commodity than the relationship of confidence and trust a company has on its workers (Raine 1). The author starts by explaining her recent work experiences and how she has appreciated almost every place she has worked at. The author likes to serve others and this is why she prefers to work in the hotel industry (Raine 1). However, she tries to inform the readers that not every institution is good, which she explains to us with the experience she got while working at one of the well-off coffee shops in town.

The working conditions at the coffee shop were poor whereby they were paid poorly after working for long hours (Raine 1). According to the author, a person would expect the best working conditions in such a place, but working at the other places was far much better than the coffee shop.Work Cited Raine, Emily.
