Education Should Be Privatized Affiliation Education privatization Introduction Several debates on the place of public and private schools in terms of quality and goodness. Education has been taken to be a right, but not a privilege. There has been many position on this topic that has cause many argument about it that often deal with academic too much and leave other views on life. This paper try to say that education is a privilege and, therefore, should be privatized to meet the different needs. In Australia, public schools have seen in the news for many bad reasons. It is time that educated people should consider privatizing schools for a number of reasons. Firstly, private schools offer quality and good education that meets the students’ needs in the society. Unlike public schools, private schools have developed a personal approach to learning. Through this approach, learners have many benefits in linking education demands and the job market skills. Meryzn & Ursprung (2005) note that the United States public schools have been an example of the economics of education because of poor quality that do not match the financial allocation by the government. The quality of education can be seen in three approaches. One is quality, this is education that is a personalized, economical and able ensures the needs of students. It is an education system that can make sense in objectives and the societal demands. In order to achieve these good goals of education, some scholars have said that privatization of education is a good step that will make good purpose of education. Brown (2013) Education should not be seen as a right, today there are many great business persons and known sportsmen who have made an immense contribution to the economy without necessarily going to schools (Davidsona 2010). According to National Center for Education Statistics Report 2010 it identified many stidents in public schools as a big problem for the quality of education (Espiona & Gonzalez 2013). The report said that, private schools have half of the public school population. Schools and classes are smaller in the private institution leading to personal teaching that touches the classroom activities. The teacher-student ratio is more favorable, mostly they have a numbers of 1:9 that allows economic value of the parents money. Many public both primary and secondary schools have a ratio of 1:19, meaning there is an acute shortage, and the quality of education is quite low (Brown 2013). Public schools continue to have a big number of students that do not learn due to the big numbers as compared to the teachers. These schools attract students from all places, thus leading to a higher student-teacher numbers. With the increasing number of students in these public institutions, the value of education has been low and the need to privatize schools becomes good. Furthermore, the good of education is to get quality learning that should give students life skills to do everyday duties. Also, public schools have low parents coming to see academic things, thus lowering the need of together in education that bring together primary education people. The value of education is to bring out the full good of everybody. With no parents coming to school, it make it important reason to privatize education system within the country. Many education people say that privatizing the education system, it will reduce the big population that throngs public schools. Smaller population encourages goodness of education and creates value of education. Public schools have created a thinking that makes education a right; this is quite wrong because education in its sense should allow for changes. Many students are lost in the middle of many students; this take away the good part of creativity (Jin & Rubin 2008). The primary goal of education has been good in the private school platforms because of its ability to put right thinking in schools children. Secondly, through privatization of education, the schools will be competing onother in education. Today, private schools introduced quality education as the area of their education system. Unlike the private schools, public schools lack competitiveness in promoting quality because they lack the urge to raise the education level because of not-personalized part (Davidsona 2010). The most important contribution of private schools is in higher education that has put in good educational research. According to Fraser Institute Survey 2008, it identified that the privatizing education will impact positively on the community part and competitiveness in offering relevant education. In addition, research conducted by Florida State University in U.S 2002 identified that private schools have many resources that is important in bringing education to the society demands (Espiona & Gonzalez 2013). In addition, it recognizes that through setting standards higher, private institutions have achieved the good importance of providing education that meet the society needs. The survey said "public schools lack pursuit for quality and laxity tendency towards bridging theory and practice, which is the core purpose of meaningful education." With the above findings, the study affirms the argument of this paper that the privatization of education will add more meaning to studies and remove the mind that education is a right. Thirdly, public schools have been implicated of embezzlement of government funds through bad use of money. Despite big financial allocation to the public schools, the quality and resources available for students use remain poor. In 2011/2012 financial allocation in U.S education funds t public schools raised by over 10% with a view of introducing a many difference education system that would address the immediate societal needs. Although the government has see good of changes in public schools as a solution of making education quality and making good education, the actual change is yet to come. The case is different in private institutions. Because the parents are paying the money, the schools are force to give quality in education (Meryzn & Ursprung 2005). Private institutions envision innumerable approaches to the learning process and often the schools match both academic and non-academic growth. The public institutions continue to bit into tax payers money without matching the input t the output. Newfield (2014) argues that through privatization, the old mindset of the lazy approach and unaccountable use of government money would be eliminated and create a different education that would approach prudent use of resources. Newfield (2014) says that public universities continue to release poor students to the job market. In addition, he say the public universities for bloating tuition and development fees when the actual money remains poorly unaccounted. There has been an increasing bad and poor in financial use in the public schools. Some educated people say public universities and colleges as place of taking money to other people pockets that continue to have poor use of public money. In order to raise the output with educational input, the government should privatize all of the schools. It will create good use of money and more important change mind that education is not a right, but a privilege that should be given big level of economic value. However, public schools are good for its different groups found and changing learning place. Espinoza & Gonzalez (2013) said that the public institution allows more time for studying important courses that ensure that professionalism is upheld. Evidently, they focus on mathematics, linguistics and social studies as the fundamental essence of schooling. In addition, the student population has a sense of self-drive in studying, thus creating a big sense of students responsibility for their work. Brown (2013) argues that by privatizing education, there would be greater entrepreneurship, and many businesses will start poor and bad schools that will charge big fees money. Privatization of education will limit going to education, and the country will have a small number of educated people. Privatization of higher education will discourage the merit at high schools allowing those who are rich to have unlimited access to education . Using bad use of funds to stop public schools would be an unwise move because little is known on the accountability of the private schools. Some school people say that by privatizing education, it will create an imbalance, promote business of education and stop the great contributions of a big public universities such as Harvard, Massachusetts and many others (Brown 2013). Public institutions have shaped the world education. McKinnon et al., (2013) argues that the assumption of improved education in a privatized system is an act of "hasty generalization" that is unfounded and misleading. Conclusion The contemporary education system should be credited for creating a system that matches the ever dynamic world. The public education is significantly inappropriate due to its poor quality, not finished schooled people and itsbad use of money. In order to put new education more energy and competition, there should be change in laws to say privatization. Besides, there should also a mind shift from making education a right to establishing a privatization that will raise the level of going to private schools.
