The other important aspect is the value of a worker in terms of the qualification of the workers and the various experiences that the workers have. In a changing world economy, there is the case of a rising female sex that tends to win more than the males. The fact in the increase of the wages of the women tends to have an impact in the economy. The example reduces the variation in some thus reduces poverty. However, the increase in wages especially for the wrong instance may cause an increase in the inflation level. However, some of the acts of discrimination still exist within the borders of the region. In a more particular scenario, the act of disparity of the pay of the different sexes is rampant in the area. The following piece consequently tackles the issue of the difference in the compensation aspects of the job environment. Moreover, the piece depicts on the different impacts that can result in the case of an addition in the wages of the female gender (Doran, 2013). The background information thus forms the basis of the conclusions that the text puts forward. A provision of the background information is a component of the writing. The report also supports the abolition of the wage gap between the different sexes. In doing so, there are various proposals that are in the attempt of enhancing the findings of the study. The article also provides recommendations to policy makers and the general population at large. There is also the provision of a reference list ate the completion of the document. The main reason is the authentication of the various proposals therein. 2.0 Business Question Should businesses change their pay policy regarding female employees; and if they do would this affect the business results? The women population and the resultant relation to the work environment is an issue that is causing a stir in the business world. The women are in possession of high qualifications and are capable of performing the same duties that in the past were for the male gender. However, the central point that raises questions is whether women are eligible of attaining the positions and is so, what would be the most probable compensation for their services (Cech, 2013). The effect of the resultant changes that would result informs the primary objective of the research. With female participation in the labour market on the increase in the last few decades, from the pressures of increased living standards, there is a growing concern over the nature of their pay compared to men. Several researchers report a great disparity in the pay gaps of the two genders despite women’s employment being of fundamental significance to economies. Many factors contribute to the declining rates of employment to women, for instance, due to their need for flexible working conditions (C., 2003). The shift of a high proportion of employment opportunities to the private sector contributes largely to the pay discrepancies between the male and female sexes, as the private sector mostly offers less pay to women. Reports also show that a majority of women, due to family reasons, are concentrated within part-time jobs that tend to offer lower pays. 3.0 Research Approach The study takes the form of a deductive approach in the articulation of the research objectives. Therefore, the analysis starts from a general view to a more precise view. The approach to the research also tends to have a wider subject of study. The impact is to create an explanation of all the determinants that have an effect in the wage gap in the business environment. In fact, the topic is kept open to the public labour force and business market within both the official and informal segments and across permanent and part time jobs. This study reviews the differences within the recruitment of women into board ranks, as a determinant of their levels of pay (F. Miller Vandome, 2010). The diversity of research also does extend to the contribution of under-employment to changes in pay levels of men and women 4.0 Definition of the pay disparity Issue The difference in the wage compensation depicts the ratio at which the female and the male gender receive compensation either from a permanent employment or daily wages. The issue, therefore, relates the difference that the different genders have within a particular time frame (Kay, 2001). 4.1 Causes of the prevailing wage gap in the business environment Researchers have sought to find out the reasons behind the pay differences of males and females in the labour market. The Fawcett report, The Changing Labour-Market: Delivering for Women, Delivering for Growth, of 2013 reveals the contributory factors to this phenomenon. The report points out that women earn averagely 15% less than men per working hour and that they dominate in the low paying, low-grade work (Fawcett, 2013). Women specifically constitute 62% of all persons on low-pay. It also states that aside from making a little proportion in full-time employment, women are unremarkably missing out in the top and board ranks of finance and business entities (Sihto, 2001). The other cause is the segregation that is prevalent in the occupations. Some job opportunities in the perception of the human beings belong to a particular gender. For example, the role of a truck driver suits a male character during that of rearing a kid mostly suits a woman. The issue, therefore, creates impressions during the recruitment of various job openings with the particular opinions (Ramm, 2006). The flexibility of the work is also a factor that influences the wage gap. Women tend to combine the roles that they have of taking care of the family with the responsibility that a particular occupation has to offer. Therefore, the female workers will pick a job that offers flexibility and creates time for them to take care of their families. Similarly, the jobs that they obtain tend to have small compensation as a cost to the freedom that the women require. The issue of gender stereotype is also a determinant of the difference in the payments of the gender. The reason is that the stereotypes tend to influence the decisions that the genders make about education and the different choices of career aspirations. The instance, therefore, leads to women choosing careers that tend to pay a lower payment in the assumption of fulfilling the acceptable image that the society describes of a woman. The male sexes, on the other hand, are in favour of the various stereotypes (Bobbitt-Zeher, 2011). The society portrays men of having physical strength and being capable of most of the complex duties. The men, therefore, have the benefit of the best opportunities and the best careers in the society. Most governments aim to shift a higher percentage of employment opportunities to the private sector, which offers women lower board pays as they get concentrated in part-time and more low-paying jobs. A higher percentage of all employed women do fall in the public sector which provides a lower pay compared to the private sector. Most notably, though, is that the pressures of work-life balance significantly pushes women to settle for part-time, low-paying jobs; a primary reason behind their reported lower pays in the labour market. However, other factors, for instance, discrimination by gender also highly contribute to these low pay claims. Open bias of the genders is also a contributing factor to the gap in the wages of the genders (McKay, 2007). 5.0 Effects in the of inequality of salaries The difference between the remuneration rates tends to create a gap that transforms into an economic issue. The reason is that the bias tends to create disparities between the social classes that the gender shares. The other effect is that the difference in the long run may result in a substantial rise in the level of dependency that is prevalent in the economy. Other effects are more of social in nature. The superiority complex is a direct implication from the imbalance in payments. The act of chauvinism is justifiable by the unequal compensation of both genders. The act is also a primary determination of the number of discrimination cases that occur in a particular institution (Neff, 2007). The main reason is as a basis of the inferiority perception of the female sex towards the female. However, the exact extent of the relationship between discrimination and the difference in the gender wages is a fathom that poses a considerable complication. The central point that acts as an obstacle is that the quantification of the relationship is almost impossible since the data is qualitative. 6.0 Findings Women and population The study establishes that the difference in the pay between the men and the women is alarming. There is the fact that women constitute of over fifty per cent of the ones who do not have the best plays in most institutions. The fact is despite the same instances of experience and qualifications with the male counterparts in the same job. Consequently, there is a negative impact to the economy (Carter, 2011). Women are the most populous persons in the earth second to the youth. Therefore, the job market does not have sufficient justification for the treatment of the females. Difference in qualifications Other studies however disregard the issue of the disparity of wages as an overstatement by most studies. The only instance that would lead to equality in the remuneration of the genders would be prevalent if people made the same choices and were in possession of the same qualifications. However, the difference in the service qualities is what leads to the difference in the wage disparities (Levy, 2004). Therefore, the women need more time in order to work on the requirements that hold them in a disadvantageous position to that of the men. The society tends to put women in the tasks of taking of the family and being an aid to the males. Due to the fact, women tend to have children and become the pillars in guarding the homesteads (Giuliano, 2014). The issue is unlike the single women in the society with no children. Research shows that the single women earn more. As a consequence, the most probable implication of the proposition is that a reduction in the social responsibilities of the women tends to give a positive impact in the economic level of the females in the society. The reason is that underpaying women tend to create another group of dependent persons. The other most dependent group is the youth. The proposition thus proposes that the large part of the population in the region will be incapable of creating any change in the economy despite the fact that that community possesses employment. The instance thus creates an obstacle towards savings and the corresponding investment (Williams, 2009). The difference in the payment of the genders also has an influence on the social relationship of the men are the men especially in the business premises (Bayham, 2012). Although the relationship between the wage gap and the discrimination issues that happen in the work environment, it does not rule out that the act in itself is a violation of human rights. Therefore, there should be considerations that elevate the women in the work environment and grant them equal chances. The difference in wages is also a due to other factors that are not within the business premises. The qualifications of most of the male persons are better than the females, therefore, leading to the difference in wages. The choices that are there between the women and the men are also primary determinants of the wage gaps. Other factors include the natural happenings that push women out of the business environment that have a connection with the wellbeing of the family. The mothers must go about in taking care of new born children, and the instance may create breaks that result in the difference in experience. The aspects of the absenteeism may also create a mess in case of opportunities that appear within that time frame. 8.0 Conclusions The women society makes the most of the human population not only in the USA but also in the whole world. The research illustrates that the change is not an attribute of the business environment since the issue of prejudice is still an impendent to the business operations. The act of chauvinism is evident in the payment of the different genders. The male population still dominant the bet occupations and receive the best compensation with comparison to the women in the same jobs. From another perspective, the same gender sharing the same position in a job opening tend to receive different returns that in turn creates the disparity in pay. Qualifications determine the level of [payment that an individual receives in a particular job position. The education qualification and the experience matter a lot in the position that a person acquires in a job opening. However, the addition of women in the educational centres is creating a new class of women who are even better than men. The women are however young and childless. The scenario depicts the need of the education for the female sex. The rise in the amount of the female sex can create various impacts on the economy of a particular region. The case can lead to a reduction in the difference that exists in the income equality. The act would lead to more balance in the economy. However, a higher compensation of the men implies an increase in the amount of liquid money that is in circulation. The example may lead to an increase in the level of inflation. The inflation in turn is a bad mark in the economy since the legal tender would lose the value. 9.0 Recommendations The new world needs to take a drastic change in the role that women have in the society. The change can in turn lead to the availing of significant resources to the women that can be a definite mark in the reduction of the wage gap. The difference in the qualifications that women have is as a result of the position that the society gives them. The impact of educating the female gender will be not only a decisive step to the elimination of the wage gap but also a decisive step to the economy (Linz, 2013). The most evident offense that is prevalent in institutions that still have disparities in the job compensations is the violation of the right to equality. The monitoring frame by the government in an attempt of eliminating the difference in the different business entities should be a key practise. The federal state should see to it that the women should have a better consideration in the job environment. The statement is because the consideration would be a way of revolutionizing the new world. An instance would be the mutual sharing of the tasks that has the reference of gender equality. The other issue is the creation of awareness of the rights towards equality. The instance will make the probable knowledge that exists available especially to the women. The government should also enhance the different equality acts that involve the female gender. The act would be a definite mark in the economy since there would be a redistribution of capital to the employees. There is also a need to start an education strategy of the diverse effects that the disparity in payment causes.
