? SUCCESSFUL WORKPLACE CREATION THROUGH DIET AND EXERCISE Overview The sustenance of the human health has been determined by the lifestyle that is created and adhered to within the societal setting. There should be a set condition and presentation within the society to ensure that the individual is offered the needed condition to sustain a stable living. There is the need to maintain a tradition that offers healthy reflection of the measures within the society and offer the upkeep needed to lead a positive life. The health of an individual should be maintained after the consideration is accorded to the measures needed to articulate the nutrition to maintain a positive body functioning. Exercise and diet have been the most successful strategies to offer the individual stable body conditions that allow them to function fully in the societal functions. However, the right nutrition is achieved through implementing a selected diet that requires administration at necessary intervals. The implementation of a bad trend in the diet may develop constraints to the measures needed to sustain a healthy living. These factors generate increased production in the workplace and enable members to perform satisfactorily towards duty completion. Furthermore, the perfect exercise strategies complemented with the nutrition measures offer the perfect solution to a stable lifestyle within the workplace. This presentation offers the necessary strategies to be implemented in the diet and nutrition values to generate success within the workplace for positive production. History of Diet and Exercise The members of the gym in the early twentieth century had been men who had selected goals for attending the training sessions. The trend had been changed in the 70s when the societal members sought for counsel from the persons considered fit. The provision drove suspicion with the need to provide conditions and techniques in the workplace to discourage laziness to offer positive generation of results. The aspect of a diet and exercise system had been the result established to regulate the provision to include the fitness program. The advancement in technology increased the provision to initiate effective strategies to manipulate the lifestyle to create positive living. The 21st century had defined the noticed trend of unhealthy diet trend noticed in obesity1. The irony had been created since the first epidemic developed had witnessed humanity affected from the constraint of abundant supply of food. The constraint had been developed due to ineffective diet trends that had created the trend in poor diet provision. The busy society had been limited to unhealthy observation in the diet that saw the food industry commercialize the opportunity to offer diet supply at affordable prices. This saw the advancement of the fast food industry that limited the progression of a healthy diet since the majority of individuals, did not have more time to acquire a healthy balanced diet. The provision also leads to obesity that has witnessed an increased number affected by the condition with limited performance in the societal setting. The record of individuals with the condition has been increased to 50% with 16 % of the number being teenagers2. The unhealthy diet trend has advanced to produce an aging population that is less active, and an increased 80% suffering from a noticed chronic condition in the elderly age bracket3. Nutrition The lifestyle selected has advanced the witnessed provisions to lead to unhealthy living with the advancement of chronic diseases. The other limitations for progress within organizations have been in injuries developed in the workplaces and the aging aspect that restricted the performance of individuals. The persons that require the most nutritious benefits have been in elderly individuals above 50 years and below 18 years, which are the most advancing group in society4. The nutrition directed should be based on low-fat foods to energy supplies that are beneficial to offering the measures to occur increased production. The evidence offered has proved that lack of implementation of a stable system in diet and physical exercise has tolerated the advancement of diabetes, cancer, obesity and heart diseases. These measures limit the progress and performance of individuals in the work place. The trend has also witnessed increased expenses in limited paychecks and increased healthcare costs that drive individuals to observe the unhealthy lifestyle and food selection choice. Furthermore, there have been poor trends in the lifestyle that affect the sustenance of positive health in application in negative behavior like smoking and drug addiction. The established trend has either been the lack of nutrition acquisition or in excess that may cause chronic disorders. The muscle, skeletal and the central nervous system are the systems that have required adequate nutrition to improve the performance of individuals within the selected organization to elevate their performance. The nutrition selected should favor the measures needed to offer increased performance to the body organ functions that provide prompt response to reflexes. The cognitive and motor behavior within the body are boosted through application of nutrition set up that completes the generation of values needed to sustain the body positively. Exercise and Diet There is the need to complete exercises regularly to complement the nutrients acquired to keep the body in a fit physical condition5. The pattern to exercise should be constrained to a noticeable system that favors progress and change to the body reflexes in the quest to offer full body functionality. There should be a diet selected and favored to promote the positive results needed to complete performance of employees within the workplace. The mostly favored diet included in the system has been in limited red meat consumption that is mostly processed with increased fruit and vegetable consumption. Furthermore, there should be minimal consumption of alcohol and drugs that mostly affect the cardiovascular system. The health education programs implemented in the workplaces encourage the exercise trends to be observed, and the necessary diet to be implemented within the system. The nutrients should be administered in the body in the right proportion to avoid chronic diseases. The diet selected is complemented by the administration of the necessary physical activity and ethical observations to maintain healthy sustenance. The dressing code, exercise type administered, and the regulation of excess body fats to burn calories may be the measures needed to regulate a healthy work force. Water consumption in a consistent quantity also ensures the maintenance needed to generate healthy condition in the work place. A sufficient workplace program should be initiated to encourage employees to function fully in their selected organizations and deliver increased results. The program also eliminates unhealthy lifestyle and conditions that threaten the sustainability of these individuals in the societal setting6. Both insurance based programs and employee based programs have been the offered options to encourage positive production within the work places. The system also promises to reduce healthcare costs that employees incur to save on the expenditure that may increase economic development. Pros of regulating health and physical condition within the workplace The employees are considered the most valuable assets within the workplaces needed to complete the selected tasks. A health program that encourages fitness is applied to regulate the performance within the workplaces. Healthy employees have more energy and are more mobile to complete organizational duties. There is also the generation of self-confidence with a physical state acquired that is observed to lead to increased production. A healthy organizational setting realizes increased production and minimal health care costs with the reduction of medical complications. The employees are determined to offer a sustained lifestyle because they are more productive and rarely contract medical complications. Moreover, there is the generation of motivation and exceptional leadership skills because they are offered the initiative to deliver results based on self-responsibility7. Thus, the management proves to the employees their capability to offer concern to their workers with the initiatives for a healthy diet and physical fitness program. Cons The restrictions lie in the adverse system that may not favor the entire group since some member’s physical ability may not suit the exercise selected. The other setback may also be in the expense needed to acquire the nutrition suggested to lead a positive life. Furthermore, the current lifestyle in the fast food industry is addictive and may not favor changes in a positive diet that is considered unappealing and tasking to prepare. Diet and Exercise Guidelines The effective diet and exercise programs are the vital measures needed to maintain positive performance and regulate the chronic diseases that are considered health hazards. The basic measures that should be applied to witness the regulation of a healthy lifestyle have been in maintaining a healthy diet and increased physical engagements8. The listed measures have proved beneficial to regulate the required condition to maintain the health aspect in an organization. Regular checkups and consultation of the physician on the condition of the body and measures to be applied to maintain a sustainable condition. The prevalence of the chronic diseases is mostly evident on elderly individuals over 40 years, and they require more attention9. Regular exercise that elevates the physical condition like gradual progression in the fitness activity with cardiovascular exercises. Inclusion of daily basic exercise like walking to work, exercise classes, physical activities during leisure time like gardening and taking strolling sessions. Participating in easily accessible activities and completing physical exercises that the physical condition is capable to handle. Consumption of nutrient abundant foods like grains and fruits with smaller meals regularly throughout the day. Drinking plenty of water before and after the meals would also help regulate the body condition. Limiting the consumption of unhealthy junk food like potato chips and fats that are high in fat and the regulation of alcohol consumption. Furthermore, the individual should increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables with inclusion of peas, beans and carrots in their meals. There is the provision to limit food consumption, and the advice is issued that meals should be consumed only when necessary without ingesting excess food products. Exercises Anaerobic training that offers benefits to the cardiovascular system to increase the blood flow and regulate cholesterol level. These are in walking, swimming and the routine jogging or running. Flexibility training that is achieved mainly through stretching muscles. The exercises offer effective measures to the muscle system. Resistance training exercises in the gym to carry gym weights may also help in toning up the muscles. Conclusion The above measures are mandatory for the regulation of health and fitness programs within the workplace. The needed measures to regulate the health of individuals are located in the strategy applied in the system. Individual health is maintained through a set diet and a regular involvement in physical activities. The benefits of healthy employees within organizations are indicated as increased result generation and completion of duties. Employees are offered with the provision of being more flexible and functional within the organizations and limit the prevalence of chronic diseases.
