The sensitivity of race at the time of the article, and in the contemporary world as well indicates countless flaws in the social nomenclature pertaining to race considering arguments presented by science and logic. The article is exceptional and has used legal terminologies used in the deciding of the case. The author not only summarizes the court cases pertaining to the issue but rather concentrates largely on the various aspects of the argument, evaluating the logic presented by the judges and jury deciding the case and drawing logical conclusions.

Additionally, this article also explores the overall assumptions in the world pertaining to race, concluding that race entails more than language and skin color. The arguments presented in the article have shown all these features through the indication of the role of other external factors in determining the race of an individual. However, one of the main flaws of the article and its relationship to the contemporary world is that it is set in a period when race and skin color were key considerations for the application of citizenship, the issuing of jobs and the availability of any given opportunity.

Another major flaw is that the case is only biased on two cases pertaining to race, ignoring the fact that cases of racial profiling are countless. Likewise, the case also concentrates on the definition of a Caucasian. The article summarizes that the definition cannot be concluded with a logical argument. The article also lacks an articulate conclusion, concluding that the definition of Caucasian person cannot be limited to language, skin color or any other quantifiable aspect, but it does not offer a strategy that can be adopted to come to a logical conclusion.

One of the key strengths of the article, however, is the use of firsthand sources of information. For instance, in the analysis of the case presented by Ozawa uses his autobiography which present facts such as the
