One of his most important speeches is about his dream which is having an impact to date. Most scholars and activists refer to this great man when it comes to civil rights activities. Malcolm preached about independence while MLK was a civil rights activist who approached African-American desire to struggle and attain their freedom (Martin Luther King).

King is believed to be the reason behind the freedom most of the African-Americans are enjoying in American society. King managed to lure people to listen to his speech, “I have a Dream”. He is also remembered for the 1955 Montgomery Bus Boycott in Alabama. His continued struggle led to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
A letter dated 31st July 1963 is sent to MLK by Malcolm emphasizing the need to fight racial discrimination before it ends up into a big explosion. Both of these activists were religious people and they used their religion to create a big impact of independence and struggle in the US. Malcolm invited the use of demonstrations and boycotts both of which were nonviolent accounts a similar thing that is observed by Martin Luther King (Lomax).
