President Reagan policy was to cut on the government spending and thus reduce the cash flowing in the economy. The center of attention was the cooperative policies agreed upon by Bush and Yeltsin, they agreed to cooperative ways of solving their differences apart from ranging war. Bush administration did not want to let go of the war and adapt to the international criminal court. He still persuaded the terrorist despite being fully aware of the devastations of the bombs. Obama is avenging war against the Al Qaeda cells in Pakistan. Though fully warned of the repercussions, he still wishes to add more soldiers in Pakistan bearing in mind it is the most dangerous terrorist zone.
