Your full full April 29, Answer: No Before going into the discussion regarding impact of organizational culture on the achievement of desired results, let us get a better understanding of what organizational culture actually is. Ashraf states, “Organizational culture is a concept developed by researchers to explain the values, psychology, attitudes, beliefs and experiences of an organization”. Organizational culture describes the behaviors of employees working for any specific organization. The culture of an organization shows the way the employees deal and interact with each other while performing their job related tasks. I believe that the culture of an organization develops with time when the employees, managers, and all governing bodies of an organization work with full commitment shaping a positive organizational culture. In my view, the culture of an organization really improves the performance and productivity of an organization. A strong organizational culture unites the employees and motivates them to work efficiently and professionally towards their goals. Organizational culture includes such elements, which play a vital role in making a company reach desired sets of goals and objectives in an effective way. Some of the most influencing tasks, which organizational culture performs, include determining the organization’s effectiveness and capacity, putting energy and momentum in the employees in order to ensure organization’s success, injecting sense of responsibility in the employees, and making the employees work efficiently towards achievement of desired goals and objectives. These were some of those roles, which culture plays in making an organization achieve desired goals and objective effectively and efficiently. Answer: No: 2 Culture of an organization is one of the main drivers of organizational performance and it can definitely be used to increase performance. Daniels A. and Daniels J. found that managers need to evaluate performances of the employees and the organizations in order to implement positive changes. It depends on the managers of an organization to motivate and encourage employees to work with full dedication and commitment. The dedication and commitment shown by the employees of a company towards their job responsibilities shape the culture of the company. If the employees carry out their job related tasks efficiently, it creates an enthusiastic and motivated culture of the organization, which positively affects the new employees who come and join the company. From here, the transition process starts where impact of employees’ performance on the culture of an organization shifts towards impact of organizational culture on the performance of new employees. Once the employees succeed in shaping a work-oriented culture in an organization, it plays a considerable role in motivating new employees to work hard for the company. A new employee is not very much aware of the culture of the company where he/she gets a job. When that employee starts working for the company, he/she observes the overall workplace culture of the company and shapes his/her job behavior according to that culture. If a company will have work-oriented culture enriched with the elements of motivation, innovation, and workplace ethics, it will make a positive impact on the new employees and will make them work hard to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. Therefore, we can say that strong culture of an organization not only increases employees’ productivity but also increases the overall organizational performance. Answer: No: 3 As a senior leader, I will like to change the culture of the organization by integrating the elements of hard work, commitment, dedication, and enthusiasm in the existing culture of the organization. I believe that when employees feel like owning the company, they work with more commitment in order to make their company reach heights of success in any specific market. If a company injects the sense of ownership in the minds of the employees, the employees try to put all of their efforts in making the company achieve all goals and objectives. As a senior leader, it is one of my core responsibilities to lead my employees in a proper way. I believe that the role of a leader is very critical in the success of a company because a leader motivates, inspires, and encourages employees to improve their productivity and efficiency. I will educate my employees about the importance of innovation and enthusiasm in the professional life of an employee. I will try to make myself a good role model for the employees from whom they can learn how to deal effectively with different kinds of challenges related to the job and the workplace environment. Moreover, I will encourage my employees to improve their output in order to improve the performance of the business. Answer: No: 4 As a human resource leader in an organization, I will like to introduce compensation and benefits program for the employees in order to make them work hard to get those benefits. I believe that employees’ performance is the main force behind improved performance of the business. Therefore, I will make my employees feel better working for the company by meeting their needs and demands. I will also take necessary steps to create a work-oriented and innovative culture in the company so that every employee should perform his/her job related tasks with full dedication and commitment. I will also change the atmosphere of the workplace. I will create and maintain a friendly and peaceful workplace culture in order to make my employees feel comfortable and happy working for the company. For example, I will introduce rewards for the most well behaved employees, for the most efficient and hard working employees, and for the most innovative employees of the company. These changes in the culture of the company will be beneficial for me because they will definitely result in increasing the performance of the company. Answer: No: 5 Before going into the discussion regarding impact of coaching culture on the performance of an organization, let us get a better understanding of what coaching culture actually is. A coaching culture is a culture in which people make use of coaching styles and behaviors to influence others or to communicate with each other. Coaching culture is much better as compared to command and control culture because in a coaching culture, the managers train and motivate employees to improve their individual and group performances, whereas in command and control culture, it is very hard for the employees to create friendly relationships with the managers. Hunt and Weintraub found that in coaching culture, managers sometimes provide feedbacks to the employees and sometimes let the employees manage things on their own (4). Moreover, coaching culture brings many benefits for the organization, such as, open communication between managers and employees, improvement in the working relationships, and sustainable performance improvement. Therefore, we can say that coaching culture really makes a positive impact on the performance of an organization. Answer: No: 6 I believe that organizational culture can definitely be used to improve organizational performance because it is one of the main drivers of organizational performance. Therefore, I will implement a work-oriented culture enriched with the elements of motivation, innovation, and enthusiasm in order to increase the performance of the organization. I believe that this change will help my organization because it involves all elements of the coaching culture, such as, motivation, training, enthusiasm, and respect, which will really help my organization improve its performance. I will take my employees and other senior managers in confidence while implementing the coaching culture in the organization. Before implementing a change, I will make them aware of the benefits associated with the change in culture. I will not only compare old and present performances of the employees but also I will make use of performance appraisal methods to evaluate the performance of my employees and the organization, which will occur as the result of change in culture.
