Its business Hubs are within the Dubai city and deals with manufacturing and marketing of electronics such computers. It offers offices to the companies that market the computers. For example, the Dell, HP, Intel and Microsoft companies have offices in the DICC. It has established an excellent website where the customers can access the companys information (Hammer, 2011). It also has updated directory where the customers and the stakeholders can use them to find information concerning the products that are being offered by the company. The companies have adopted the business excellence in all its activities. The activities of the group are carried out with the aim of improving the quality of the products and services offered by such a company. The company has structured its operations in such a way that it is easy to determine the performance of its employees and different departments of the business. The top executive officers are encouraged by the business to be the role models of the company. They should work extra hard to ensure that the junior employees also follow the same steps in the business. Whenever they perform best in the business, they are awarded according to their performance. This encourages them to continue working hard and in the process improve the performance of the company.
