It was established in the year 1991 by Engineer Faraj Alofi. In the beginning, the company started an office meant for consultation and planning of construction after which, the company expanded widely and be cape well known as one of the best consulting companies in the construction of the city of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah. The expansion of the company leads to adequate engineers joining its team and more valuable architects also joining. With productive, efficient management in place, the company is doing well in ensuring the achievement of its goals and establishment of its vision.

The company plays an important role in the contribution towards the growth of the economy of the city of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah. The company carries its activities in the areas of design, restudy, and supervision of all kinds of projects related to construction. The contribution of the company towards the growth of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah has been huge which makes it stable. The ideologies and goals of the company are to keep the sacred spirit of the designs and structure of the constructions to be inconsistent with the originality and culture of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah. There is the continuous evolvement of the art of construction, and the company has always performed well to ensure a higher level of technology, quality, and accuracy in the way things are done is done while the Islamic sense of the holy city being emphasized in its buildings. The company’s vision is to build the city’s greatness and inspire its holiness. Through that vision, the company keeps consensuses with the principles and the laws of the Secretariat of Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah.

To ensure success in its activities, the following departments have been established.
Constructional and Supervisory Division:
The division deals with architectural design implementation. In this division, the study of construction study is done to the required specifications.
