Intention and purpose The manager (Human Resource manager) will manage the university employees with the main aim of cheering individuals and managing activities in the organization in order to reduce negative effects to both internal and external environment of the organization. The manager also will coordinate the entire essential portions of secretariat, for example management of meetings, agendas as well as writing of minutes. The manager will be guiding the performance appraisal measurements as well as determining the rightful staffing necessities for the organization projects and activities. Management of projects through delegation, for instance provision of reports of staff performance before the committee or board of the organization. This will ensure that appropriate communication channels are provided to the staff, for instance during staff meetings and project reporting.
