Professionals in the field have transformed workforce management and reformed businesses to higher heights. My intent is to be a transformational human resource manager in international business companies. I would like to serve in fortune 500 companies as competent human resource personnel. It is prudent to acquire a master’s degree in industrial relations and human resource management to boost my professional competence.

Market expectations for human resource managers, industrial relations manager and employee relations manager have greatly improved regarding professionalism and competence. I pride in being part of the market demand but must boost the proficiency. Obtaining masters in industrial relations and human resource management from Victoria University would undoubtedly increase my professional competency.I had an excellent performance in communication studies at University of New Brunswick, Saint John.

Team skills and experience that I acquired prompted me to undertake research on communication and management. Moreover, the communication and organization behavior topics were always interesting for me. I gained knowledge in business law and skills that would be relevant in industrial relations operation. I, however, should advance my skills in business law if I have to be competent in my role as human resource personnel.Knowledge of management information systems that I acquired during my undergraduate studies in addition to my interest in human resource management would enable me excel in the masters program.
