2. Problem: Financial constraints

3. Symptom: Making diction due to the absence of leadership and a large number of members in the union thus making it hard to make decisions.
Due to the financial constraints in the organization, it becomes difficult to engage the leaders in leadership development training (Wieczner, 2012). Thus, the functional system is affected in the long run.

II. Information system: which is supposed to ensure that information flows throughout the organization? However, the large number of union members makes it difficult for the organization to pass information to its members. This makes it difficult for the organizational members to make any meaningful decisions. This generally affects the team-building aspect of the organization and the financial situation of the organization only worsens the situation (Hicks, 2014).

III. Divisional system ensures that an organization can enable its employees or members to have the required specialization and division of labor for the well-being of the organization. The employee reports to a general manager who then reports to a senior executive officer. However, the current absence of leadership makes the situation difficult. If the leaders were present in the organization, they could come up with creative strategies to motivate the workers thus enabling the required teamwork in the organization (Kille, 2013). Read More
