These technologies use historical data collected from a wide variety of sources through different tools and based on data derive effective decisions to improve the business performance (Oracle Corporation).

This report discusses some of the important aspects of Suite Spot reservations imitative for future strategic directions of the business chain. This report will cover an analysis of Suite Spot reservations idea of business intelligence systems and its aid to organization’s strategic exploitation of its data in an attempt to help business executives make effective strategic decisions. This report will provide an analysis of different technologies that can be used by Suite Spot to improve their business performance.

Another important benefit that any business can attain is better customer needs and buying behavior analysis. Moreover, using this technology based system the business management can intelligently assess customer behavior and develop customer attraction policies. Business executives use these tools like OLAP, MOLAP, etc. supported by a graphical user interface. There are graphs, figures, reports and assessment results for management decision support.

The BI software systems and tools are employed to access the data from data warehouse for decision-making, strategic analysis, marketing kinds of applications.
