All these conveniences are brought by media convergence, which is made possible by the presence of the Internet. Media convergence does not simply imply the merging of media contents into a single hub. It had a deep impact to society that changed traditional means of communication into its modern form. An example of which is the creation of emails, and the social media that are now being used to connect with people around the globe by the modern generation. It has inspired companies to undertake the challenge of modifying communication strategies for it to adapt to new-fashioned methods of corporate governance. Thus, it may be inferred that media convergence in business allows firms to experience conveniences despite its complex nature allowing them to either expand or establish connections that make it easy for them to provide excellent services to consumers.
