This writing will pay emphasis on various myths that are associated with the thought of global warming and these myths will be countered with scientific facts. The myths of global warming include that the earth is continuously experiencing an increase in temperature and this increase cannot be countered, human beings are causing an increase in carbon dioxide emission and this emission is leading to increase in probability of global warming and increase in greenhouse gasses is taking place. Body It is commonly projected by media that there is continuous increase in global temperatures and this rise is very hard to counter. Stating that global temperature is increasing is completely wrong, this is because according to the temperature index of HadCrut3 there was a rise in the temperature of ground level during the periods of 1964 to 1998 and during the periods of 1911 to 1941, but after the period of 2001, the surface temperature has experienced a cooling effect and thus ground temperature has decreased (Heinz 23). ...
