There has also been an increase in civil society organizations whose aim is to ensure that the rights of individuals are enforced and they, therefore, lobby and advocate most individuals to take legal action in case any of their rights are infringed. The litigation explosion has positive implications to the majority of the US inhabitants but negative implications to the minority (those who are sued). It is positive because it has ensured that individuals’ rights will not be abused anymore at the expense of their ignorance or fear.

People whose rights have been infringed can collaborate with civil society organizations and legal action can be taken to ensure justice. It will ensure that the rules and laws of the country are understood and enforced fully since most of the people will have legal knowledge.
